Campbell Street is seeking a creative, driven Digital Media & Talent Engagement Intern to support our mission of elevating the long-term care experience. This internship offers hands-on, project-based experience in healthcare branding, digital media, and talent engagement—ideal for students looking to grow their portfolio and gain real-world marketing and recruitment communications experience.

What You’ll Do In this role, you will work closely with our Marketing and Talent Acquisition teams to:
- Expand and elevate Campbell Street’s digital brand presence across key platforms
- Support the development of marketing collateral for census-growth initiatives
- Assist with recruitment branding efforts to strengthen our talent acquisition strategy
- Capture, design, and distribute multimedia content for internal and external audiences
- Gain meaningful exposure to healthcare branding while contributing to real business outcomes
Who We’re Looking For A creative thinker with strong communication skills and an eye for visual storytelling. Ideal candidates are pursuing studies in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field and are eager to build experience in a mission-driven healthcare organization.
Internship Details
- Duration: 12–15 weeks
- Hours: 10–15 hours/week
- Timing: January 2026–April/May 2026 (option to extend)
- Location: Fully remote, with possible onsite opportunities based on business needs
- Compensation: Paid internship with an hourly rate
