As we continue to grow, we are looking to expand our recruitment team by hiring a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Consultant to help us attract and hire top-tier talent for our growing organization. This is a remote, full-time position where you will play a pivotal role in building and scaling our workforce as we support the needs of our residents and staff.

Position Overview: The Talent Acquisition Consultant will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and hiring qualified candidates across a variety of roles within our senior living communities. The ideal candidate will have experience in full-cycle recruitment, a strong understanding of talent acquisition best practices, and the ability to partner closely with hiring managers to meet staffing needs. Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment process for positions across multiple departments, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Sourcing Top Talent: Utilize various sourcing strategies, including job boards, social media, networking, and proactive outreach to find qualified candidates for both direct hire and specialized roles.
  • Collaborative Hiring Process: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, provide guidance on job descriptions, and establish clear expectations for the interview and hiring process.
  • Candidate Screening & Interviewing: Review resumes, conduct phone interviews, and assess candidate qualifications, cultural fit, and alignment with our organizational values.
  • Talent Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings, ensuring a quick response time when urgent hiring needs arise.
  • Employer Branding: Represent Campbell Street Senior Living in a positive and professional manner, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Data-Driven Recruitment: Track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source of hire, offer acceptance rates) and use this data to continuously refine recruitment strategies and improve hiring processes.
  • Compliance & Reporting: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations related to recruitment and hiring practices. Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and candidate interactions.
  • Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process by coordinating with HR and hiring teams to ensure a smooth transition for new hires, including offer letters, documentation, and initial training.

Education & Experience Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. (Relevant certifications or specialized training in recruitment may be considered in lieu of a degree.)
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a proven track record of hiring for a variety of positions, preferably in senior living, healthcare, or a related field. Experience recruiting for roles at all levels, from entry-level to management, is highly desirable. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Skills & Abilities: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven. Strong understanding of employment laws, recruitment best practices, and candidate evaluation techniques. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and recruitment software.
