As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic Regional Vice President of Operations focusing on implementing process workflows, optimizing procedures, and overseeing resource planning and allocation. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Improvement: Lead and manage performance in underperforming operations, establishing, refining, and integrating business processes and operating systems.
  • Strategic Decision-Making: Collaborate with CSS leadership to set direction, operational strategies, and strategic goals.
  • P&L Management: Oversee the profit and loss (P&L) for assigned operations to meet EBITA targets, adjusting strategies as needed to drive profitability.
  • Data-Driven Analysis: Regularly evaluate performance metrics and business procedures to assess efficiency, recommending and implementing improvements aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with local management to standardize procedures and execute process improvements for enhanced efficiency, profitability, and growth.
  • Accountability Management: Directly oversee and maintain accountability for all operational areas, including sales, marketing, service delivery, employee engagement, cost control, and programming.
  • Team Leadership: Foster a positive, results-driven environment by motivating and inspiring local teams to excel.
  • Talent Assessment: Continually assess local management to ensure optimal team alignment with operational goals.
  • Project Coordination: Schedule and lead regular focus reviews with CSS leadership to assess progress and refine strategies.
  • Strategic Execution: Drive the execution of the strategic plan and ensure local teams are accountable for key initiatives and actions. Investor Relations: Demonstrate a clear understanding of investor expectations and effectively communicate performance insights and progress to stakeholders as required.

Physical Functions:

  • Effectively communicate and collaborate within an interdisciplinary team.
  • Capable of performing physically demanding tasks, including sitting, standing, bending, lifting, and moving as required.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. (floor to waist), 10 lbs. (waist to shoulder), carry up to 30 lbs., and push/pull up to 40 lbs.
  • Proficient in English for reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension.

  • Maintain confidentiality and protect the privacy of all personal, medical, and proprietary information, in line with HIPAA and Campbell Street Services policy.

  • Willingness to undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; preferred concentration in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) required.

Experience and Other Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of experience in nursing home administration with direct profit and loss accountability.
  • Proven success in achieving and sustaining strong financial performance.
  • Ability to travel 100%. - Remote role with strong preference for living in State of Iowa
  • Self-motivated with strong autonomy in task management.
  • Skilled in simplifying complex challenges and devising sustainable solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit, develop, and lead high-performing teams.
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and process management capabilities, with a talent for leading change.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to drive tasks to completion.
  • Highly analytical and strategic thinker with a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
  • Proficient in data analysis and operational performance metrics.
